Hubei Yuangang Chemical Co., Ltd is a civilian-run high and new technology enterprise that is mainly engaging in producing the fine chemical products, is subordinate to Hubei Kaiyuan Chemical Science & Technology Co., Ltd, is its key enterprise to develop and produce hydroquinone derivatives and manganese series products.
Being located in Chemical Industrial park Zhijiang,YiChang city, Hubei province, the company is now landed 33,350.00 square meters with the building square 5,000.00 square meters. The geographic position of the company is very favorable, where is of a convenient traffic and transportation since its north is linked to the Yihuang highway, the west is to the Three Gorge Airport, the No. 318 National way goes across the urban field, and the South of which is adjoining to the Yangtse River.
Currently the company has 200 employees approximately, among which, the employees who have undergraduate diploma is 10%, the one who have vocational secondary schools dispoma or higher diploma is 65%, the averaged age of them is around 35 years old. There are the chemical technology development department, central lab for organic and inorganic substances as well as labouratory in the company, additionally a pilot plant of 400 square meters is available too. With the abundant capacity and strength to develop new product and new technologies, the company can offer technological service and product processing business for other parties. 3 national patent technologies were developed by the company independently. At home, the company invents solely a new chemical product of manganese dioxide for battery industry, which fills up the blank domestically. Now the company is the biggest chemcial manganese dioxide manufacturer in the Asia and the sole one in China.
From June, 2005, the company started to use the manganese carbonate that is produced by the mother company of Kaiyuan Group as the raw material to develop and produce manganese chloride and its series products. In view of the development of the past two years, the producing technology for manganese chloride in the company has reached to the international advanced level.
一、Advanced Producing Technology
For the producing technology, we use completely the brand new one that is developed by our company itself, all the backward and traditional producing methods have been discarded, thus the quality of the manganese chloride that is made by our own technologies is more stable and pure by comparing with the one of the competitors. Currently the company is the sole one that produces the manganese chloride that can meets the requirements of USP29 standard (The United States Pharmacopeia). Especially the baking technology, the patent for anhydrous manganese chloride of our company’s uses the drying way of “dynamic blend type”, the most advanced way in the whole world to replace the backward one of “static type/tray drying, which solves the shortcomings of long time consuming and different quality result when and after the anhydrous manganese chloride is dried. This is the original innovation in the whole world.
二、Packaging Patent
Since the manganese chloride, especial the anhydrous manganese chloride is of strong water absorption, and the water absorption capacity is proportional to the systematic temperature, when the temperatuer is getting higher, the water aabsorption is becoming stronger and stronger. The question on how to solve the deterioration by absorbing water (especially under a worse condition) is always a puzzle for all manganese chloride manufacturers. With continuous diligence, our company finally find a kind of packaging material that can solve the storing problem under the extreme worse condition, thus it decreases the return risk of foreign trade.
三、Self-supplying raw material
The raw material, manganese carbonate for producing the manganese chloride is made by our mother company, therefore we can take relevant measures on the technical indexes for strict control from the source of raw material, which offers a powerful guarantee for the quality and the stability of the manganese chloride. In addition, since the raw material for producing the manganese chloride is supplied by ourselves, which guarantees a long term and stable production, and the normal production and the supply of the product can not be affected since the raw material in the market fluctuates.
四、Our factory has advanced inspection equipments, such as Atom absorber, ICP, Spectrophotometer and others, which can be utilized to track the quality completely.

Besides the manganese chloride series products, our company can also produce other manganese series products, such as: chemical manganese dioxide (15000 tons per year), manganese acetate(1500 tons per year),manganese nitrate(1500 tons per year),manganese oxalate dihydrate(1000 tons per year),activated manganese dioxide (5000 tons per year), manganese carbonate for feedstuff grade (8000 tons per year) and manganese sulfate (3000 tons per year).
